The NSW Minister for Planning, Frank Sartor, has the power to revoke this development consent.
He needs letters from you to help him decide to do it.

If you're going to send only one letter, send this one. We have been advised that this is most likely to succeed. Section 96A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act allows him to revoke the consent based on environmental grounds.

Section 124A
of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act allows him to revoke the consent based on corruption charges in 1988.

Even better: Formulate your own letter to him.

When sending an email to Frank Sartor do not use attachments.
